Use of this website or submission of a form does not create an agency, representation, lending, insurance, or other professional-client relationship. Any professional engagement requires the applicable separate agreement between you and the professional or entity providing services.

2. About Rewarding Heroes

Rewarding Heroes is a broker-agnostic marketing technology program operated by Charles A Texidor PLLC. Participating professionals provide services through their own businesses, brokerages, or licensed entities. Their licenses, service areas, agreements, fees, and professional responsibilities are separate from participation in Rewarding Heroes.

Rewarding Heroes is not brokered by HomeSmart. Rewarding Heroes is available to participating Realtors, real estate agents, mortgage loan officers, and insurance agents where applicable law permits.

3. Educational Information Only

Information on this website is general educational information. It is not individualized legal, tax, financial, mortgage, insurance, or appraisal advice. For advice specific to your situation, consult an appropriately licensed professional.

4. No Endorsements

Rewarding Heroes is not a government program and is not endorsed by any government agency, military branch, employer, hospital, school, or association. No such endorsement is implied.

5. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any sale, purchase, financing, insurance approval, price, timing, savings, or other outcome. Results depend on many factors outside Rewarding Heroes' control.

6. Fees, Benefits, and Incentives

Any professional fees, program benefits, incentives, or offers must be confirmed in writing by the applicable provider. Availability and eligibility depend on the provider, transaction, location, and applicable law. Benefits are not guaranteed or automatically combined.

7. Text Message Communications

Providing a phone number does not by itself constitute consent to receive text messages. Our form offers separate, optional consent choices for informational messages and marketing messages. Neither checkbox is preselected, and SMS consent is not required to submit an inquiry.

8. Subscriptions and Participation

Professional SaaS subscriptions, billing, cancellation, and participation are governed by separate enrollment or subscription terms between Rewarding Heroes and the participating professional.
