Rewarding Heroes was founded by Andrew Texidor, an Arizona real estate professional licensed since 2000. After decades in the industry, he saw that community heroes — military personnel, healthcare workers, teachers, first responders, and public servants — deserve knowledgeable real estate guidance from professionals who understand their unique needs.
The program is built on a simple belief: transparency, consumer choice, and professional integrity matter. Rewarding Heroes is designed to offer genuine appreciation through practical service and eligible benefits — not slogans. Qualified participating agents are expected to honor the program's mission and uphold a higher standard of representation.

Revenue and Program Costs
Founding affiliate pricing and program terms are still being finalized. No payment is being collected through this preview. Proposed future costs may include an onboarding fee, monthly subscription, and optional marketing services.

Eligible Rewarding Heroes subscribers may participate in a SaaS affiliate program. The program is intended to reward professionals who help other qualified professionals learn about and subscribe to Rewarding Heroes software.
SaaS Affiliate Compensation
Affiliate compensation under the Rewarding Heroes SaaS affiliate program relates exclusively to qualifying Rewarding Heroes software subscriptions. It is not based on, and is not tied to, mortgage referrals, insurance policies, borrowers, real estate transactions, or settlement-service referrals.
Commission percentages, income projections, and specific compensation guarantees are not published here. Program terms remain under development and subject to legal review. No compensation is earned, promised, or implied until the program terms are finalized and an agreement is in place.
